The Correct Tape for the V.100
The V.100 seals with a single seam, so it needs the 1-fold glass-fibre sealing tape. This strip sits over the single seal bar and helps the bag film release cleanly during welding.

The V.100 uses one sealing seam, so it needs one matching 1-fold strip.

When the Tape Needs Replacing

How to Replace It
Tool-free installationDisconnect the Machine
Switch off and disconnect the V.100 before working around the seal bar.
Release the Holders
Open the holders at each end of the existing sealing tape.
Remove the Old Strip
Peel away the worn tape from the single seal bar.
Lay the New 1-Fold Tape
Place the new strip neatly over the single seam bar.
Refit the Holders
Secure the strip in place and clean sealing returns.
