We’ve been using vacuum sealers for quite some time, and have always struggled with a high vacuum pressure using non-chamber style vacuum sealers. We were also looking for something we could use in a production line that wouldn’t constantly overheat.
Let me say this thing is built like a tank. It’s so damn powerful, we absolutely love it. The triple seal is excellent too, and the ability to change how much pressure you want is such a good feature for delicates. I’m glad we don’t have to resort to a chamber sealer which are quite cumbersome and bulky to handle, and can’t do long bags for things such as salmon, brisket, etc.
This is one serious vacuum sealer, it has a great build quality, and the performance is outstanding especially after having used a smaller domestic unit. I would highly recommend this machine.
You don’t have to wait for it to cool down during sealing sessions. It looks like it is built to last as opposed to my last vacuum sealer which had a 2 day lifespan.

Just think of the cheaper brands that weigh maybe 2-3 kg, well the V350 weighs 11kg. That is because of the quality of materials and components used.
Yes, LAVA are not cheap, but neither is a machine that cost $200 and lasts 2 days. It is expensive for me to drive to town, so I need quality and reliability.
The V350 does your normal vacuum sealing duties as expected, but I have also found it to be useful for sealing other bags such as dog food bags. Obviously you can’t vac the air out, but you can get most out by folding the bag and then sealing it.
Lastly I have found the LAVA bags to be better for moist food than the brand that came with my other sealer. The other brand bags channel the liquid up towards the vacuum chamber quicker, which is undesireable.
This machine is a beast. I am not using it commercially, but am very happy with this product. I really like how I don’t have to push on the lid to make it seal properly.

The stainless steel is easy to clean and goes perfectly with my modern kitchen. The machine is so easy to use and super powerful, which is exactly what I wanted to have.
