Narrow Components, Long Assemblies — When the 15cm Width Is Right
The I-Vac range covers seven standard sizes. The 15 x 30cm is the narrowest long-format bag in the range, suited to components that are slim in width but longer than what a square compact bag would accommodate.

Why This Size Exists
The 15 x 30cm format is useful when the component is narrow but too long for a compact square bag. It gives enough length for elongated assemblies while avoiding unnecessary width.
This makes the finished pack cleaner, easier to store, and better suited to batch processing of electronic and precision components.
Why 100 Bags per Pack
Unlike the food bag range where packs of 50 are the standard, the I-Vac is sold in 100-bag packs reflecting the commercial and industrial buyer profile for ESD packaging.
Electronics manufacturers, defence contractors, repair depots, and laboratory operations typically process components in batches that make the 100-bag quantity practical and cost-effective at $1.60 per bag.
PCBs and Circuit Boards up to 13cm Wide
A PCB at 10-13cm width and up to 27cm in length sits in the 15x30cm bag with appropriate side clearance and enough space above the component for a clean weld.
Long Connector Assemblies and Ribbon Cable Bundles
A flat ribbon cable, multi-pin connector assembly, or elongated sensor module at 12-14cm in width and 20-27cm in length fits the 15x30cm format cleanly.
Individual Processor Modules and DIMM Memory Sticks
Standard DIMM memory modules run approximately 13cm in length and 3-4cm in height. Sealed individually in a 15x30cm bag, there is adequate clearance for a weld above the component.
Narrow Instrument Components and Sensors
Long narrow precision instruments, probe assemblies, and sensor units that are wider than the compact 15x25cm format but suited to a 30cm bag length.
Works with External and Chamber Vacuum Equipment
The metallised barrier film is compatible with both external vacuum sealers and chamber vacuum packers, unlike the food bag range where most bags require an external sealer only. If your operation uses a chamber machine for other packaging runs, the I-Vac 15x30cm can run on the same equipment without a separate sealing station.
