LAVA TOP-Line Universal Vacuum Lid

One Lid, Almost Any Container

The TOP-Line lid works with the pots, bowls, jars, and containers you already have. As long as the rim is smooth and flat, it turns an ordinary container into a vacuum-sealed one.

BPA-Free Unbreakable polycarbonate for fridge and freezer use
Flat Rim Fits containers with a smooth, flat rim

No Need for Dedicated Containers

Most vacuum storage means buying a set of dedicated containers. The TOP-Line lid takes the opposite approach.

It works with pots, bowls, jars, and containers already in your kitchen.

How It Creates the Seal

The lid's broad seal sits over the smooth flat rim, then your LAVA sealer or Easy-Pump pulls the air out.

That helps keep leftovers, prepped ingredients, salads, and dry goods fresh for far longer.

Available Lid Sizes

A

47-112mm

Small jars, small bowls, and narrow containers.

B

76-143mm

Everyday jars, small bowls, and compact containers.

D

160-203mm

Medium bowls, pots, and wider containers.

E

204-237mm

Extra Features From Size D Up

Larger TOP-Line lids include two added features that make storage easier to manage at a glance.

Scroll-Wheel Date Dial

From size (D) upward, the lid includes a scroll-wheel date dial so you can set the date you sealed it.

Visual Vacuum Indicator

From size (D) upward, a visual vacuum display shows when a proper vacuum has been reached.

Simple Smaller Lids

The smaller (A) and (B) lids are the simple, economical option for everyday small containers.

Fridge and Freezer Use

Made for keeping prepared food, leftovers, and ingredients stored cold.

Unbreakable Polycarbonate

Strong, BPA-free material designed for repeated kitchen use.

Uses What You Already Own

Helps avoid filling cupboards with single-purpose vacuum containers.

Use a Sturdy Container

The vacuum exerts real force on whatever it seals. Always use a sturdy container. A thin, cracked, or fragile vessel can be damaged under vacuum, so stick to solid pots, bowls, and jars.

Best For

Anyone who wants to vacuum-seal their existing containers for fridge and freezer storage, rather than buying dedicated vacuum containers.

Works With

Any LAVA vacuum sealer or the LAVA Easy-Pump, on any container with a smooth flat rim.

TOP-Line Universal Lids — Common Questions

What containers do these fit?

Almost any container, pot, pan, bowl, or jar with a smooth, flat rim, within the size range you choose. The lid seals over the top rather than clipping to a specific container, which is what makes it universal. The rim needs to be smooth and flat for the seal to work.
Match the lid to the rim diameter of your containers: (A) 47-112mm, (B) 76-143mm, (D) 160-203mm, (E) 204-237mm, (F) 238-280mm. Many people buy two or three sizes to cover the containers they use most.
A LAVA vacuum sealer or the LAVA Easy-Pump. The lid does not pull the vacuum itself; the sealer or pump draws the air out through it.
From the size (D) lid up, the lid has a scroll-wheel dial to set the date you sealed it, and a visual indicator that shows when a full vacuum is reached. The smaller (A) and (B) lids are the simpler, lower-cost option without these.
Use a sturdy container. The vacuum applies real force, and a thin, cracked, or fragile container can be damaged or fail under it. Solid pots, bowls, and jars are fine; flimsy ones are not.
