Orders are freight-free for all orders of $200 or more shipped to any street address (No PO Boxes) within the mainland of Australia.
Orders of under $200 can be delivered for $9.95.

In-stock items ordered will be dispatched within 24 hours. We’ll send orders made on the weekend on Monday excluding public holidays.
When you need your items Express delivered, please contact us in advance. Orders placed by 12pm will be delivered in 1-3 business days* in Metro locations.
* Delivery time may vary according to Australia Post time frames and zones.
Please understand that additional costs arise for express delivery.

If you are a customer from New Zealand, we can deliver your products to you. We’ll charge transportation costs by weight. Parcels will take approximately 4-10 days to arrive in New Zealand. You will not pay Australian GST, but your goods may be subject to duties and import taxes in New Zealand.
If you are a customer from somewhere else in Oceania (Cook Islands, Fiji, Kiribati, Nauru, New Caledonia, Niue, Norfolk Islands, Papua New Guinea, Pitcairn, Samoa, Tokelau, Tonga, Tuvalu & Vanuatu) we can deliver your products to you. We’ll charge transportation costs by weight. Parcels will take approximately 5-12 days to reach your place. You will not pay Australian GST, but your order may be subject to import taxes or duties in your country. Please contact us directly!

Please understand that some goods might be out of stock. If we are not able to deliver an item, we will notify you asap. If we are not able to re-order, then we will give you immediately a refund; if we can re-order, then we will inform you about the time frame, and you can choose to wait or receive a return.

We are so confident that you will love our wide variety of high-quality vacuum sealer, that you can use one of our professional vacuum sealers for 14 days. Don’t worry! If you don’t like it, directly inform us and as long you met the conditions of the 14 days test use policy, you will get a full refund for the vacuum sealer.
Anyway, our return policy is that refunds are given within 14 days – but we charge a 10% restocking fee. The 14 days return time frame start from the day of delivery.
Just mail your intention to return the vacuum sealer to us during 14 calendar days of delivery. LAVA Australia wants 100% satisfied customer, so please test and enjoy your new LAVA Professional Vacuum Sealer within the 14-days-trial-period. You will love your Lava Vacuum-Sealer!
To remain eligible you must correctly use the device.
The vacuum sealer must be clean. Due to hygienic reasons, you are just allowed to test the vacuum sealer by vacuuming dry non-food products!
Protective films must not be removed or damaged.
We cannot accept returns on obviously used, damaged or dirty vacuum sealer nor of devices without packaging or in damaged packaging.
LAVA reserves the right to charge full retail rates of any damages.
Full store credit for items in original undamaged packaging only! Broken or lost (original LAVA) boxes will be charged with $10.
Any accessories bought with your vacuum sealer are not included in the 14 days test time. These items must be unused.
Individual order items cannot be returned.
Any credit card charges which we cannot recover is applied to all returns of items held in stock.
Shipping costs (both ways) are not reimbursed.
LAVA Australia is not responsible for losses or damages. We strongly advise you insure your shipment.
The test period can be used just one time per customer.
LAVA Australia provides full shipping insurance for lost items being delivered to buyers.
Transport damage must be confirmed by the purchaser or the purchaser’s representative on the carrier’s consignment note/delivery document.
